Cycling Yoga: A 30 minute ride that takes you through a series of sprints, climbs and interval training. Interval training will be used to enhance cardio and strength conditioning. Followed by a series of Flowing yoga poses including core work, hip openers, balancing and deep stretching.  An awesome combo that takes the best of both practices of lengthening and cross training.
