Upon completion of your consultations with Casey you will get a meal plan tailored to your goals and needs. In the first consultation session you will discuss your habits and goals and learn more about healthy food choices. You will bring in your food journal for the second session where Casey will help you analyze and tackle negative habits and problem areas.
