Functional training helps provide you with the strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility your body needs. Come learn TRX's foundational movement patterns and key mantras for total body fitness and ultimate core engagement. We'll use methods such as kettle bells, heavy ropes, TRX suspension trainer, TRX Rip trainer, barbells, and sandbags. No class February 8.

YOGA FOR THE CORE
When our core is strong, we feel a sense of balance and ease in all our movements. When our core is weak, we are prone to injuries and pain in the low back. In the yogic tradition, the third chakra - located just below the belly button - is known as the Seat of Determination. In this workshop, we will use yoga postures and breath work to develop our core strength and channel our determination, our ability to follow through on what we start.

BOUNCE CARDIO
With her signature blend of cardio booty bounce, Daisy's popular class is perfect for those who want to get in shape while dancing and having a blast! This workout focuses on the lower body and core muscles as you dance to hip hop songs that encourage you to move your hips. Throughout the class, Daisy encourages participants to let loose, laugh, and most importantly, burn the max amount of calories.

Used by the Israeli Defense Forces, Krav Maga teaches you how to debilitate your opponent immediately irrespective of his size, training background or experience level. You’ll learn to defeat attackers (even multiple attackers) armed with knives, guns, bottles, sticks, baseball bats, etc. Most importantly, you’ll see immediate results while also getting a great workout. Geared towards Moms/Women.
