MEDITATION WORKSHOP
Learn how meditating can help you find peace and, through practice, change your life. This Meditation Workshop will incorporate multiple meditation practices, such as guided meditation and group energy healing, and will provide you with basic relaxation techniques. We will explain how meditation can be applied in your daily life. TRY-A-TRIATHLON
Compete in the 7th Annual JCC Super Sprint Triathlon. Swim 17 lengths (.25 mi) in pool, Cycle 6.2 mi on stationary bikes, and run 2.2 miles down St. Charles Ave. No experience necessary. Must register before September 9. Training programs available.
