OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP WITH BRITTANY

YOGA FOR BALANCE AND CORE STRENGTH
When our core is strong, we feel a sense of balance and ease in all our movements. When our core is weak, we are prone to injuries and pain in the low back. Together in this workshop, we will use yoga postures to develop our core strength. We will connect to our sense of power and stability, and then gently move into poses that develop balance. All levels welcome.

CYCLING 101
An introductory class especially designed for beginner riders, Cycling 101 covers everything a beginner needs to know about indoor cycling classes: proper bike setup, riding techniques, breathing, bike handle positions, riding positions, and more. Class includes a short, easy ride. Great for first-timers!

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
In this one day class, women learn the right amount of weight to use when lifting to tone and/or strengthen their muscles without bulking up. Safe lifting techniques are also taught.
