The Uptown JCC is now using MINDBODY software for online registration in our Group Reformer Pilates classes and Small Group Training. With it, participants can easily check the schedule, book a class and pay online.

2) Download the New Orleans JCC App and login to MINDBODY or create a MINDBODY account.

MULTI-LEVEL REFORMER (LEVEL1-2) Challenging variety of exercises and stretches to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body. Focuses on core and total body control. Modifications for different levels of experience. Mondays at 9:15 AM and 5:30 PM; Tuesday at 9:15 AM; Wednesday at 5:30 PM; Thursday at 8:00 AM.

REFORMER CIRCUIT Uses the reformer, EXO chair, jump board, and spine corrector for a dynamic mix of movements and total body conditioning. Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 PM; Thursday at 6:30 PM; Saturday at 9:00 AM.

5 class package | $125 member
10 class package | $220 member/$300 non-member

PULSE POINT BARRE Combines ballet, yoga, and Pilates postures to sculpt, slim, and lengthen your entire body. Low impact workout that is easy on joints.

TRX CIRCUIT TRX/RIP bodyweight exercises.

TRX HIIT Longer rounds on TRX, followed by high intensity cardio and plyo drills.

TRX/KB COMBO TRX and KB Drills with minimal rest between exercises. Full body workout.

TRX RIP AND ROPES Full body workout using the TRX RIP trainers and battle ropes.

TRX TEAM CAMPS A team sports inspired multi-week program for athletes of all fitness levels who want real results in a fun, challenging, and dynamic setting.

WEEKEND WARRIORS Circuit using TRX,RIP, Ropes, Rowers, etc.

XROW This is your total body workout! We will alternate sprint and/or endurance intervals on the water rower with power, strength, and core exercises on the floor using a variety of equipment.

10 class package (must be used within 90 days of purchase) | $150 member
Platinum SGT package (8 classes per month) | $96 member + purchase additional classes for $12 each within the month

TRX suspension training uses your own body weight for resistance. TRX certified trainers teach you to engage your core and work all muscle groups during each class.  Click here for all of our TRX training and class offerings.

You can try Zumba-N-Tone, Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Consistent Resistance and Mat Pilates. All are welcome to join in on the fitness fun. Open to JCC members and non-members.
