Get ready for the most complete workout of your life! For the first 30 minutes, cycle away those calories with instructor Shauna Rappold. Then, carve your core and lengthen every muscle in your body with Pilates instructor Rebecca Moos. Blast out the last 30 minutes using weights and high intensity interval training with trainer Josh Murray.

MY TRIATHALON CHALLENGE
Take this six-week triathlon challenge and push yourself to improve your performance in cycling, swimming, and strength events.
