TRX
TRX Suspension training uses your own body weight for resistance. TRX certified trainers teach you to engage your core and work all muscle groups during each class. All levels welcome.

OUTDOOR YOGA
Get out of the studio and into nature to experience yoga as it was originally intended.This YogaFit style class tightens and tones the entire body while improving mental acuity in people of all ages and levels. Sign up by May 1.

BABY AND ME FITNESS CLASS
Finding it hard to make time for exercise now that you have a newborn? Ready to get your body back but want to do it safely? Incorporate your baby into the workout in our Baby and Me Fitness Class and get exercise while also bonding with your child and meeting other new moms. Class is offered to moms at least six weeks post partum with newborns up to six months old. Medical clearance is required so please submit doctor’s release prior to first class.

Ever wonder, “Am I doing this right?” Though there is no right or wrong way to do a pose, there may be a trick or two for moving safely and in a way that makes sense for your body. This interactive workshop breaks down the structure of yoga poses, focusing on breath, movement and mindfulness, and concludes with a 30 minute flow class. Learn to let go of perfection while building a solid foundation. Whether you have practiced for ten years or one week, you can benefit!

Build strength and stamina through heavy rope training, an interval workout utilizing 30 – 40 foot training ropes. Get a great cardio workout as you alternate pulling, shaking, raising and lowering the ropes with other strenuous exercises. For intermediate and advance exercisers only.
