Camp Taglit is designed especially for teens and their busy summer schedules. The program allows teens to choose the weeks they would like to attend. Each week has a different theme and they can choose from cooking to fitness, art or trips. Campers will work with a specialist in their chosen field each morning and enjoy other camp activities like swimming, sports, and hanging out with friends each afternoon.
Full day (9:00 AM - 3:15 PM)
$300 per week. Register for 4 or more weeks and get $100 off your total tuition.

|1||June 9 - June 13||Comic Book Design||
Students will learn how to create original comics, including character design, layout and visual storytelling, scripting, drawing and inking. Each participant will create a 1-2 page story which will be collected and self-published.
|2||June 16 - June 20||Adventure Trips||Go on an adventure every day of the week. Visit Blue Bayou, Global Wildlife, Stennis Space Center and more!|
|3||June 23 - June 27||Masters of Disguise||
Allison ParkerMake your own costume using professional, movie quality costume pieces. Campers will have access to fabrics, sewing machines, wardrobe pieces from various movie sets and special effects makeup to create the ultimate disguise

|Strength and Conditioning||

Become stronger and healthier. Learn proper nutrition and exercise techniques. Campers, male and female, will benefit from this course and gain confidence.
|5||July 7 - July 11||Papier-mâché Sculpture||
Beth Romagurea, a talented art teacher at LusherCreate a papier-mâché masterpiece from start to finish. See your sketched idea from the first day turn into a 3D figure by the end of the week.
|6||July 14 - July 18||Color Wars||
Help your team win the JCC Summer Olympics with team spirit and friendly competition. Events include relay races, tug o' war, dodgeball, and the epic water balloon toss.
|7||July 21- July 25||Culinary Delights||
Chef Brack May, owner of Cowbell and Green Tomato Productions catering company
Make your own gourmet kosher lunch each day. Learn skills like cutting, measuring and following cooking instructions while collecting your favorite recipes to recreate at home.
|8||July 28 - August 1||Wacky Science||Watch your crazy experiments change and explode before your eyes while learning how much fun science can be!|

Tennis Camp includes a full day of programming. Mornings focus on tennis skills and gameplay. Afternoons will be spent at the JCC eating lunch, swimming, and participating in various athletic activities. Tennis campers will receive valuable instruction as they develop their forehand, backhand, serve and volley within a small group at a tennis facility and in the JCC gymnasium. They will be evaluated and grouped according to skill level. All skill levels are welcome to participate.
