FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FOR WOMEN
Have fun while training your body to function. Instructor will teach exercises that work your muscles together, thus mimicking your daily movements. Also you will learn the proper exercise techniques, receive a sample functional training workout and be able to design your personal workout.
