Virtual Japanese Whiskey Tasting

Phil Minnisale returns, this month with a lesson on Japanese whiskey. He will not only teach us about the distilling process, but will introduce us to the nuances of different Japanese whiskies and what to look for in the ones you are drinking. If you are someone who enjoys complex spirits or want to learn more about them, I highly recommend this talk. Phil is a true afficianado and his talks are fantastic! Phil recommends Tottori, Kurayoshi Pure Malt, Kurayoshi Sherry Cask, Fukano and Ohishi whiskies for this tasting.
