Neighbor Namaste: Kaiut Yoga

Get outside and get grounded! Start your Sunday with fresh air, friends, and flow. Join JCC yoga instructor Alessandra Grando for a beginner-friendly Kaiut yoga practice in Audubon Park. All levels and abilities are welcome. Open to the public. Children and dogs are welcome as long as they are supervised!

Kaiut yoga was developed over the last 30 years to address the concerns of the modern person. The Kaiut method is a floor-based practice that utilizes gravity to unwind chronic restrictions in the joints. It is a practice for every body.

Please bring your own mat.

Where: Audubon Park, on or in sight of the bandstand near the Magazine Street parking lot.
Cost: No charge. Class is free and open to the public

2021 Commemoration and Celebration Events
