MOVIE DAY: HIDDEN FIGURES

In the race to space between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War, three black female mathematicians play a key role in launching astronaut John Glenn into outer space, making him the first American to orbit Earth. Based on true events and actual people, this is an inspirational and heartwarming story about three black women who held key positions at NASA during the critical stages of the manned space program of the 1960s. Dance for Parkinsonís Celebrates One Year
