By providing proper instruction and motivation, the JCC staff of nationally certified personal trainers can help you reach your personal fitness and athletic goals. With clients of all fitness levels and ages, our trainers can coach you through an effective workout.

When working out with your JCC Personal Trainer, you can expect:

  • fitness testing to assess your current fitness level
  • a personalized program based on your fitness goals
  • instruction on safe and effective ways to perform exercises in your fitness program
  • workout progression to ensure challenging workouts that will leave you with no chance to plateau
