Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are free and unlimited to Gold members ages 16 and older. Between our two locations, we offer over 90 popular classes weekly including - yoga, cycling, Zumba, interval training, HIIT classes, water workouts, and more! No advanced registration required. Drop-in rate for non-Gold Members is $15 (Uptown) and $10 (Metairie). No advanced registration required.
