Group Exercise & Small Group Training

GROUP EXERCISE classes are free and unlimited to Gold members ages 16 and older. Between our two locations, we offer over 90 popular classes weekly including - yoga, cycling, Zumba, interval training, boot camps, water workouts, and more! No advanced registration required. Drop-in rate for non-Gold Members is $15 (Uptown) and $10 (Metairie). No advanced registration required.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING  (SGT) are low-cost, high-efficiency sessions that provide the individual attention of a certified trainer and the fun environment and camaraderie of a class for ages 16 and older.  Spice up your workouts by incorporating TRX, boxing, PowerWave, barre, rowing, and more.  Advanced registration is required and additional fees apply.

REFORMER PILATES uses resistance and your body’s weight to increase overall strength, lengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve coordination and balance.  This method of conditioning promotes better posture and frequently offers relief from pain caused by physical imbalances. While offering similar benefits as mat Pilates, the Reformer is equipped with cables, springs, and a sliding carriage that allow you to progress through various levels of difficulty more easily and perform a greater variety of exercises. 

All skill levels are welcome in group classes, private, or semi-private sessions. Our instructors are highly certified and experienced to safely work with injuries.

QUICK HIIT | This high intensity class is taught as a 30 minute, non-stop, circuit. You will utilize specialized equipment such as rowers, skiergs and TRX straps to get a workout like no other! Come burn calories and build strength in a small group environment. Taught by Julian Bartholomew.

Classes held Tuesdays, 8:00 - 8:30 AM
 
 
TRX SUNRISE BOOT CAMP | Start your day strong with TRX Sunrise Boot Camp. Burn mega calories as you challenge your muscles and strengthen your core using TRX straps to perform resistance training exercises. Additional fee and water bottle required. Taught by Julian Bartholomew.

Classes held on Fridays, 6:05 - 6:50 AM
 

TRX TONE & TIGHTEN Need to break-up your long workday? Try this no-nonsense, 45-minute workout. The non-stop format is designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck. We don't mess around here! You will learn TRX form as you put it to intense TRX function, toning and tightening your entire body. All fitness levels are welcome.
