Small Group Training classes are low-cost, high efficiency sessions that provide the individual attention of a certified trainer and the fun environment and camaraderie of a class for ages 16 and older.  Spice up your workouts by incorporating TRX, boxing, barre, rowing, and more.  Advanced registration is required and additional fees apply.

10 class package (must be used within 90 days of purchase) | $150 member
Platinum package (8 classes per month) | $96 member + purchase additional classes for $12 each within the month
