Specialty classes are low-cost, high efficiency sessions that provide the individual attention of a certified trainer and the fun environment and camaraderie of a class for ages 16 and older.  Spice up your workout by incorporating TRX, SkiErgs, rowers, and more.  Take your workout to the next level!  Additional fees apply.

Chair Massage
Workout, reset, repeat! Having a massage after exercise doesn’t just make you feel good. There are a lot more benefits associated with a post workout massage such as: pain relief, eliminating toxins, increased recovery speed and enhanced flexibility. The JCC- Metairie now offers chair massages! Choose from 10 or 20 minute chair massage with a Licensed Massage Therapist. Massage Therapist specialties include: sports specific massage, upper back, neck and shoulder tension reduction, myofasical release, stretching and post workout recovery. Remit payment and reserve your spot at the reception desk.

QUICK HIIT WITH JULIAN | This high intensity class is taught as a 30 minute, non-stop, circuit. You will utilize specialized equipment such as rowers, SkiErgs and TRX straps to get a workout like no other! Come burn calories and build strength in a small group environment. Taught by Julian Bartholomew.

TRX SUNRISE BOOT CAMP WITH JULIAN | Start your day strong with TRX Sunrise Boot Camp. Burn mega calories as you challenge your muscles and strengthen your core using TRX straps to perform resistance training exercises. Additional fee and water bottle required. Taught by Julian Bartholomew.

TRX TONE & TIGHTEN WITH CHRISTIAN | Need to break-up your long workday? Try this no-nonsense, 45-minute workout. The non-stop format is designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck. We don't mess around here! You will learn TRX form as you put it to intense TRX function, toning and tightening your entire body. All fitness levels are welcome.
