Don't like to exercise alone? Need a new direction for your workout, or looking to try something new? With over 75 FREE* weekly Group Exercise classes between our two facilities, there's something for everyone at the JCC! You can put a new spin on your workout with Indoor Cycling, enjoy the energy and fun of Zumba, strengthen and lengthen your muscles with Mat Pilates, or push it to the limit with our Boot Camp style classes. 

The variety and motivation offered in each of our classes makes it a great way to achieve any fitness goal, whether you're trying to build stamina and strength, lose weight, or just feel more energized. We offer classes for every fitness level and our certified instructors know how to safely challenge and encourage you to get the most out of your workout.
