Cancellations and Refunds
Fees are NOT refundable after an activity or a class begins. A program with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled and the entire fee refunded. In the event that a class appears under-enrolled, the JCC will attempt to notify registrants in a timely fashion.
Scan Cards must be carried when using the Center facilities to protect your membership privileges and ensure the security of our facility.
If at any time you have a question, comment or complaint, do not keep it to yourself - tell us! We will act on your feedback to the best of our ability. Please keep in mind that the JCC functions through lay committees. We invite you to be an active participant in the decision making process by serving on a committee.
