In 2017, Novella Smith returned home to New Orleans after raising a family and building several successful companies in San Francisco. Active all her life, she suddenly found herself impacted by a major illness that required her to be homebound with around-the-clock care. Listen to Novella as she describes how the New Orleans JCC became a place for her to not only heal but thrive.
