Spin Into Fall - Group Cycling is Back

Published Tuesday, September 29, 2020

Cycling is back at both campuses! Join us Uptown on the Bart Family Pavilion (just to the left of the fitness center entrance) for several new OUTDOOR cycling classes at all levels. Fresh air and curated playlists will push you through a 50-minute ride led by one of the JCC's experienced instructors. Metairie welcomes back Dotty's morning Coach by Color Cycling class poolside on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 AM.

Due to limited capacity, advance registration is required. For our Uptown classes, reserve your bike up to three days in advance using the JCC or MindBody app. If you're new to the app, click here to learn how to get started. Metairie classes can be booked online up to 48 hours in advance. View instructions for Metairie classes reserving online, or call the reception desk at 887-5158.

The Uptown New Orleans JCC uses Technogym Group Cycle bikes, compatible with both cycling and regular workout shoes. Be sure to bring a towel and water and wear a mask or face covering to class. New to cycling? Arrive a few minutes early for setup.

Will this be your first visit back to the JCC? Check out nojcc.org/reopening and nojcc.org/covidsafety before your visit to learn about our new protocols.
