Moms HIIT the Town | Get moving with a full body HIIT workout incorporating weights and core exercises, all set to a custom playlist.
Nuptial Namaste | Before you say “I do,” take some time to focus on you. Get the bridal party together for an hour of relaxation before the big day.
Bachelor Boxing | Kick-start a bachelor weekend with a private boxing class for you and your closest guy friends. (6 participants max, $25/person)
