Private Group Exercise

Private group exercise is a fun, motivating and healthy experience designed to get your friends, teammates or colleagues moving—together!

Whether it's a moms' night out with some high intensity interval training or a relaxing yoga session to kick off a birthday weekend, our team of instructors can personalize a class just for you. 

TYPES OF CLASSES OFFERED

We offer a wide variety of classes suitable for all fitness levels and can customize each event to your group's needs.  Here are just a few examples of the types of classes we offer. 

Birthday Yoga | Start your next trip around the sun feeling balanced and zen with a private yoga class for you and your closest friends. 

Group Rave Ride | Hop on a bike and get your heart pumping to the best EDM/House music out there. Glow sticks are included! (24 participants maximum)

Team Building Circuit | Gather your coworkers for a circuit workout designed to build both strength and teamwork.

Moms HIIT the Town | Get moving with a full body HIIT workout incorporating weights and core exercises, all set to a custom playlist.  

Nuptial Namaste | Before you say “I do,” take some time to focus on you. Get the bridal party together for an hour of relaxation before the big day.

Bachelor Boxing | Kick-start a bachelor weekend with a private boxing class for you and your closest guy friends. (6 participants max, $25/person)

Details

  • Private classes must be requested at least two weeks in advance.
  • Groups must have a minimum of five people.
  • Minimum registration and payment must be received 24 hours prior to class.
  • $15 per person unless otherwise noted.
