Located in the Uptown JCC, the Kohlmann Health Spa provides a relaxing atmosphere before and after a workout. The spa features a steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi, plus private massage rooms, dressing rooms, and shower facilities. Access to the Kohlmann Health Spa is limited to Universal Gold members.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session. Check-in at the fitness desk. Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
A minimum of 24-hours notice for cancellations of treatments is required. The client must call the JCC in order to cancel appointments. Emails are not an accepted form of cancellation. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service.

How much should you tip? Our prices do not include gratuities. All guests or members should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity. Gratuities generally range from 10% to 20% of the price of the service.
What should you tell your therapist? During your treatment, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like additional time spent on a particular area.
