Monday

8:00 AM Deck of Cards Community Workout with Andrew [Facebook Live]
Take a chance on this full-body workout where the moves and reps are determined by playing cards.

10:00 AM Muscle Up Monday with Michael [Facebook Live]
This 30-minute upper and lower body strength class utilizes common household items such as gardening equipment, furniture, canned goods and more in place of fitness equipment. This innovative class will take place outside, but participants can also enjoy in their own living room!

10:45 AM Senior Chair Stretch with Michele [Facebook Live]
This class is designed for seniors at all levels and abilities. Either exercise from a chair or standing, according to your comfort level. The class involves stretching and strength training. Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

5:15 PM  Open Yoga with Claiborne [Facebook Live]
Dynamic and static poses facilitate the creation of a new awareness of your body, breath, and mind.

6:15 PM Cardio & Core with Vanessa [Facebook Live]
Hit your goals more quickly with this fun HIIT workout. Performing quick, intense bursts of exercises followed by short active recovery periods allows you to give 100% effort, keeping your heart rate up throughout the workout and burning more fat in less time.

Tuesday

7:00 AM Burn with Brittany [Zoom]
Using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and bodyweight exercises or medium-sized dumbbells, build muscle strength and increase fat loss, all while taking your max calorie BURN to the next level!

9:00 AM Ultimate 30-Minute Workout with Julian [Facebook Live]
Work your entire body with this quick, intense workout. We'll move from one exercise to another without rest, using plenty of bodyweight exercises. Get ready to work, sweat, and burn calories like crazy!

10:00 AM Trifecta Cycling with Michael [Facebook Live]
Come enjoy the aerobic thrill and the three fat-burning stages of heart rate training. We will ride through endurance, strength and interval training zones to maximize our ultimate aerobic capacity.

12:00 PM Mat Pilates with Jordan [Facebook Live]
Mat Pilates provides effective and balanced workouts that improve posture, increase flexibility, and strengthen core stability.

5:00 PM Zumba with Shayra [Zoom]
This fun cardio dance exercise raises your metabolism with movements specifically choreographed to tighten your stomach and core, all to the tune of high energy Latin music.

Wednesday

8:00 AM Community Workout with Andrew - 300 Rep Challenge [Facebook Live]
Take the challenge and join us as we complete 10 rounds of 10 squats, 10 push-ups, and 10 sit-ups!

9:00 AM Low Impact with Monica [Facebook Live]
Our low impact aerobic class is designed to keep one foot on the ground at all times, providing all the benefits of moderate aerobic exercise without high joint impact. *Participants MUST be able to get up and down off of the ground without assistance.

10:00 AM Winning Wednesday with Michael [Facebook Live]
Short intervals of body weight and aerobic exercises help you burn calories and win the day! Other household items can be used if hand weights are not available. Are you ready to win?

10:45 AM Senior Chair Stretch with Monica [Facebook Live]
This hour-long workout requires no more equipment than a sturdy chair. The first half-hour will focus on standing and seated exercises geared towards providing an adequate warmup followed by a light cardio workout. The second half-hour will be dedicated to seated and standing yoga poses. We'll end with a final stretch and brief meditation to help us become more relaxed and centered.

12:00 PM Hard Core with Michael [Facebook Live]
This 30-minute core class will rejuvenate those abdominal muscles. Focus on balance, coordination, your abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes, all while burning calories! All levels welcome!

1:00 PM Mat Pilates with Jordan [Facebook Live]
Mat Pilates provides effective and balanced workouts that improve posture, increase flexibility, and strengthen core stability.

5:00 PM Barre with Michele [Facebook Live]
In just 30 minutes, you'll get a complete workout using ballet-based strengthening, toning, cardio, and stretching exercises. Participants will need a chair, light weights, water bottles or cans, and a mat.

Friday

8:00 AM Community Workout with Andrew [Facebook Live]
A full-body workout using a bench or chair.

9:00 AM  Total Body and Balance with Brittany [Zoom]
Total Body and Balance is geared toward beginners and those wanting a low impact workout focusing on core balance and stretching, with a goal of maintaining flexibility and energy for daily activities. We’ll use a variety of exercises including core and balance drills, strength conditioning, bodyweight exercises, and light weights (or other household items).

9:15 AM Power Yoga with Kelly Bond [Zoom]
A fitness-oriented practice, Power Yoga incorporates asanas geared toward stretching and strengthening while moving through the poses with power and intensity.

10:00 AM Family Friday with Michael [Facebook Live]
Time to get the family moving! All ages and abilities are welcome to enjoy a full-body workout with aerobic exercises because nothing is stronger than family. Get fit and have fun together!

10:45 AM Stay Fit with Patricia [Facebook Live]
All fitness levels are welcome in this fun class designed to help older adults maintain the strength and energy needed for daily tasks. Watch how your flexibility, bone density, and balance can improve when you take this class regularly! A chair is required.

4:00 PM All Levels Yoga with Lauren [Zoom]
All levels are welcome as we use gentle movements for strengthening, stretching, and improving range of motion, with an emphasis on linking movement and breath.

Saturday

9:00 AM Power House with Taylor [Facebook Live]
Get your heart pumping as we work our way through powerful strength and cardio intervals. We'll use our body weight, dumbbells, and/or other household items to intensify the workout in this boot camp style class. Under different roofs, let's work together to push our limits and build our bodies into Power Houses!

SUNDAY
