

The Core + Balance Workshop is a specialized small group training class designed to help active agers improve strength, balance, and overall stability. This class focuses on enhancing posture, coordination, and mobility through low-impact exercises with stability balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements but also teaches critical life skills such as how to fall safely and get back up with ease. Participants will regain confidence in their bodies' abilities, reduce their risk of falling, and learn essential techniques to stay safe and independent. The small group setting is designed to make you feel supported and empowered so that you can continue to pursue an active lifestyle.
