Semi-Small Group Training classes are low-cost, high-efficiency sessions that provide the individual attention of a certified trainer and the fun environment and camaraderie of a class.
Semi-Small Group Training has a max of 15 participants. This allows trainers to focus their attention and personalize the workout. Between the classes offered each week, you have options to fit your schedule and your training style. Pick your favorite, or mix it up with different trainers to add variety to your workout routine!
Semi-Small Group Training requires a reservation and can be booked through the New Orleans JCC app, online with our member services portal, or at the fitness desk. Five and ten packs of training sessions can be purchased at the fitness desk so that you can make reservations online or in-person.
