Our personal trainers will assess your fitness level, tailor workouts to help you reach your goals, and provide instruction on safe and effective ways to perform exercises and use equipment. Over time, you will experience a workout progression that will ensure you will be consistently challenged, leaving no chance to plateau.
The first step to starting your personal training journey is completing our Personal Training Inquiry form. This will help our wellness staff match you with the best trainer for your goals. Email the completed form to us or drop it off at the fitness desk. Our personal training coordinator will contact you to discuss your schedule and preferences, and will help you select the trainer that best meets your needs.

How do I check to see how many sessions I have left?
Login to your online account. Click “Account Information” and “Series Sales.” You can see your remaining sessions and also click “View” to see when past sessions were used.
How do you match me with a trainer?
We match based on a variety of criteria, including, your goals, your time and gender preferences, experience level, and even personality. If you are not satisfied with your first match, we’ll work to find you the best possible match.
How do I book a personal training appointment?
If you are a new client, a trainer will contact your to schedule your first session. After that, you will communicate directly with your trainer to book a session.
