Guest Policies
The JCC is delighted to welcome guests of current members for a nominal fee. Guests must be accompanied by a JCC member at all times. The same guest may visit the JCC up to three times annually.
- Guests ages 16 and older must present appropriate identification.
- All guests and visitors must sign in. It takes a few moments to register a guest in our system and complete the appropriate forms. Please allow ample time before a class or service to accommodate this process.
- You can speed the process by having your guest pre-register before their visit to the JCC. Please allow up to 48 hours for your guest registration to be processed.
PRE-REGISTER GUESTS
At the New Orleans JCC members may bring:
- Up to two guests (ages 17 and older) per visit for the fitness center. Guests under 18 are not permitted to use the 2nd floor locker rooms.
- Up to two guests per visit to the Pasternack Family Gymnasium.
- Up to two guests per visit to the Oscar J Tolmas Aquatics Complex.
At the Goldring-Woldenberg JCC — Metairie, members may bring:
- Up to two guests (ages 16 and older) per visit for the fitness center.
- Up to two guests per visit to the basketball/pickleball courts.
Guests are expected to abide by the JCC's Code of Conduct. While we hope to accommodate all guest requests, capacity restrictions may prevent this on peak days and hours.

IN-TOWN GUESTS Daily guest passes may be purchased at fitness desk. Pass valid only on day of purchase.
Ages 18 - Adult: $15
Includes use of fitness center, outdoor pool, basketball gymnasium, and group exercise classes
Ages 5 - 17: $12
Includes use of outdoor pool and basketball gymnasium
Ages 4 and under: No charge
Includes use of outdoor pool and basketball gymnasium
Summer Babysitter Pass: $25
Allows a non-member to bring member children under 11 to the pool. This form must completed by member before a card will be issued to the babysitter. Member and babysitter will be notified when card is ready for pick up (approximate two day turnaround time).
OUT-OF-TOWN GUESTS Contact our membership department to obtain out-of-town guest passes.
Out-of-town Individual: $35 per guest for a week
Includes use of fitness center, outdoor pool, basketball gymnasium, and group exercise classes
Out-of-town Family: $50 per family (up to 2 adults) for a week
Includes use of fitness center, outdoor pool, basketball gymnasium, group exercise classes
