Reformer Pilates

Reformer

Reformer Pilates uses resistance and your body's weight to increase overall strength, lengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve coordination and balance. This method of conditioning promotes better posture and frequently offers relief from pain caused by physical imbalances. While offering similar benefits as mat Pilates, the Reformer is equipped with cables, springs, and a sliding carriage that allow you to progress through various levels of difficulty more easily and perform a greater variety of exercises.

Our instructors are highly certified and experience to safely work with injuries. All skill levels are welcome in group classes, private, or duet sessions. Available at the Uptown JCC only.
