JCC Dolphins Swim Team 2026

The JCC Dolphins Swim Team is a developmental swim program focusing on fun, fitness, and teamwork. The program is open to JCC members between the ages of 5 and 18 who can swim 25 yards entirely & independently. The team is made up of swimmers of all skill levels - from beginners to experienced competitors refining their technique. Swimmers will learn all four strokes—freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke—in addition to flip turns and starts. The Dolphins emphasize growth, teamwork and fun as much as performance.  The Dolphin swim team is built on sportsmanship, dedication and a shared love of the water.

The team competes in the Greater New Orleans Country Club League (GNOCCSL). It is led by trained, qualified coaches to improve swimmers' competitive skills and build strength and endurance while advancing their swim abilities. The team competes in four  local meets, proudly wearing their team colors and mascot. The meets spark excitement and every personal best is celebrated like a victory.

The season begins mid-May and ends with the GNOCCSL City Championships, typically held the last week in June at the UNO Aquatic Center in the UNO Lakefront Arena.

• Swimmers MUST check in with Coach Bridget upon arrival
• Swimmers will sit with their assigned age group
