Join us for a relaxing yet energizing Sunday Funday that’s perfect for the whole family! On Sunday, January 26th, we’re bringing together mindfulness and movement for a day of fun, fitness, and connection.
2-3 PM: Family Zumba - A free, high-energy class that's great for parents and kids. Classes feature original Zumba choreography and are designed to be fun.3-4 PM: Parent/Child Yoga - A fun and positive class that incorporates yoga poses, stories, music, and games to help children develop motor skills, body awareness, and social skills.4-5 PM: Family Meditation - A family meditation class teaches families how to meditate together. Meditation is a practice that involves using mental and physical techniques to focus or clear the mind. It can help people relax, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve their physical and psychological wellbeing.Free childcare will be available during the event if you would like to bring your entire family, but not everyone wants to participate in a formal family fitness activity. The J Cafe will provide food and refreshments.
