Smart Eating Essentials - Metairie JCC

Join us for a free, three-part wellness series designed to help you make informed, sustainable choices for your long-term health. Come to a single session or enjoy all three - healthy snacks will be provided! Each session breaks down essential nutrition topics in a clear, approachable way—whether you’re exploring the Mediterranean Diet as a lifestyle, learning how to protect your heart through everyday eating habits, or decoding the real story behind carbohydrates. Participants will walk away with practical strategies, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of how food can support energy, balance, and overall well-being.
