Favorite Exercise: Cable Woodchop

  1. Set up the cable at chest height.
  2. Grasp handle with both hands and with arms fully extended
  3. Rotate torso from one side to the other with the heart always facing straight through the hands
  4. Perform straight across the body, from Low to High, or from High to Low depending on which height the cable is set.
