Join our community as we gather to mark the transition from Yom HaZikaron to the joyful celebration of Yom Ha'atzmaut, Israel’s 78th Independence Day. The evening will begin with a meaningful memorial service featuring our local clergy, special guests, and excerpts from the writing workshop of acclaimed visiting BAMAH artist Hana Vazana, along with participation from our local Jewish schools. We will then move from remembrance to celebration with DJ Shlomo for some good music and dancing, Israeli BBQ by Linda Waknin and delicious treats by Big O' Pops, family activities, and time for our community to come together to celebrate—and dance again—in honor of our love for Israel.
Doors will open at 5:30 pm
