Members can access Online Member Services on mobile devices by downloading the New Orleans JCC app, providing a more user-friendly experience. Find the app by searching ”New Orleans JCC” in the App Store or Google Play and download.
To use the app, login with the same credentials you use to access Online Member Services on our website. If you do not have credentials, 1) click here, 2) enter the email associated with your membership, 3) verify your identity with your date of birth, member number, or scan card number, 4) retrieve your temporary password via email and follow the instructions.
The main navigation of the app allows you to browse and book group exercise classes, register for programs, and reserve time for activities such as pickleball and lap swimming. Any current reservations will be visible when using the Home view. You can also use the app to scan into the JCC in lieu of using a scan card (note: this does not replace fingerprint or prox card access Uptown).
Select "Classes" to browse all available group exercise classes for Gold members Uptown and in Metairie. Filter by the date, the type of class, or the instructor. You can book and manage your classes right on the app.
Utilize “Bookings” to schedule Uptown lap swimming, fitness orientations, and Pickleball.
As more and more programs return to the JCC like swim classes and mini camps, the app will come in handy for those who want to quickly grab a coveted spot. Click on “Programs” and sort by category and courses to register and pay for activities.
