Pool Parties at New Orleans JCC

Come celebrate your birthday at one of our fabulous pools, Uptown or Metairie. Outdoor pool parties are offered from May 16 - September 27. 

Parties for ages 4 and up.

Uptown

*PLEASE NOTE: Pool parties are available for ages 4 and older*

Depending on availability, uptown pool parties are offered year round in the indoor or outdoor pools, weather permitting. Please see the questionnaire for specific date ranges and times. 

Let the JCC help with the perfect poolside party for your child! Our staff members assist in setting up and breaking down your party, taking stress off of you. Air-conditioned storage is available for your cake and additional food items (limited space). Birthday parties are 2 hours long and can accommodate up to 20 children*.

Outdoor Pool
Outdoor pool parties are offered May through September. A $350 fee includes 20 swimmers and outdoor setup/breakdown. Each additional child is $10 with a maximum of 30 swimmers/party attendees. Membership account is charged in full at the time of booking.

Indoor Pool
Indoor pool parties are offered October through April. A $350 fee includes up to 17 swimmers and setup/breakdown. Membership account is charged in full at the time of booking. Membership account is charged in full at the time of booking.

Pool Party package starts at $350* and includes:

• 2-hour party
• 20 guests (*an additional $10/child up to 30 children total)
• Ice and paper goods
• Staff to assist with setup/cleanup of the party area, including tables and chairs
• Guests have use of all outdoor pool facilities during scheduled event

Please note:

• For your safety, all children must participate in the swim test and will be issued a green band if they pass it.  These wristbands identify which areas are safe for swimmers and the type of adult supervision required based on their swimming abilities.
• Please remember that shellfish and pork products are not permitted at the JCC. For pool celebrations, we kindly ask that all food brought in follow this guideline to ensure we maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all families.  
• As of June 2026, a full balance is due to hold the requested date. Any additional children not factored into the original guest count will be charged at the time of the party. No refunds will be given if cancellation is within 24 hours before the scheduled party. 
• In the event of rain: If the party starts and it begins to rain heavily or there is thunder and/or lighting, guests will be moved to shelter. Rescheduling the party will be discussed with the Aquatics team.  If there’s adequate time and the event is likely to be a washout, the party can be rescheduled.

Metairie
