Certain programs are facilitated by experts, including a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Where a caregiver is involved, we offer a brief respite for you and the opportunity to join a monthly support group. For more information or to register, contact Rachel Ruth.
JCC membership is not required to participate in Adult Memory Programs.
The Alzheimer’s Care & Enrichment Program offers respite for caregivers while their loved ones meet with qualified staff in a safe, familiar environment. For participants, ACE provides a sense of community, sustaining their connections with others, while engaging them in a host of activities, including exercise, art, music, meal preparation, and weekly visits with the JCC nursery schoolers. Caregivers can look to the JCC for expert answers and for referrals to community resources. We also invite caregivers to join monthly support groups. Download brochure.
