2026 CAMP SCHEDULE

Camp hours are 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Carpool begins at 8:30 AM.  Beforecare will not be offered this summer. However, we will offer aftercare until 5:30 PM for an additional fee.

The New Orleans JCC Youth Department will operate Mini Camps before(Metairie only) and after the traditional 8-week camp season.

Registration Dates & Information

October 27th at 9 AM - Registration opens for JCC Early Childhood Center Families and Returning Camp Families

February 10 at 9AM - Registration opens to entire community
March 13 - Last day to register with Early Bird Discount
April 10 - Last day to request a payment extension
May 1 - Balances and Camper Forms due

CHANGE REQUESTS

Please submit all camper enrollment change requests - including cancellation, switching, and or adding weeks - in writing to uptowncamp@nojcc.org or metairiecamp@nojcc.org.

Change requests made after May 1 will incur a $50 administrative fee, and dropped weeks will not be refunded if request is received after May 8.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

To help make camp more accessible, we offer scholarships of up to 50% to eligible applicants. Our financial aid application is separate from the camp application and is not a factor in admission decisions. We use FAST – Financial Aid for School Tuition – by Independent School Management (ISM) to determine a family’s eligibility. Families currently receiving aid are required to renew financial assistance applications annually. 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION

Key Details

• The assistance application and all supporting documents must be submitted via the FAST portal by March 2, 2026 to receive notification of an award on or before April 10, 2025.
  
  
• A non-refundable $60 application fee is required to submit your application; however, the fee will be deducted from the final tuition balance. The fee remains the same whether you apply for one or multiple children.
  
  
• Applications submitted after the March 1, 2025 deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis, contingent upon the availability of remaining funds. Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible to maximize their chances of receiving financial aid.
  
  
• To ensure a timely notice of your award, please monitor your inbox for emails from gregh@nojcc.org and respond promptly, as there may be a need for clarification of information or supplemental documentation. The scholarship committee cannot review partially completed applications.
